Universal Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all license types:

  • • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image itself
  • • You may not claim authorship or ownership of the image
  • • You may not use the image in a defamatory, unlawful, or illegal manner
  • • Attribution to the photographer is appreciated but not required
  • • Images may not be used in ways that suggest endorsement without permission

Copyright & Ownership

The photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images. When you purchase a license, you are granted specific usage rights as defined above, but the copyright remains with the original creator. This ensures photographers are protected while you receive clear, usable rights for your projects.

Warranty & Liability

Images are provided "as is" without warranties. The photographer represents that they have the right to license the images. Attractions Explorer acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for any claims arising from image usage. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the image.

License Duration

All licenses are perpetual and non-exclusive. Once purchased, you may use the image according to the license terms indefinitely. However, if the photographer removes the image from the marketplace, you retain your usage rights for existing projects but may not begin new projects with the image.
